My period was during Wednesday. There was a tiny bit of blood in the morning but nothing since - it's Friday now, not that long, but long enough to make me worry.
This has never happened to me before. I've been on the pill [norimin] for over four years now, so my cycle is sorted out and everything.
I have recently started on anti-depressant - but I haven't found any information dealing with their effects of menstruation while on norimin.
I have been feeling congested and bloated in my lower abdomen, feeling nauseous throughout the day, having headaches throughout the day, lower back pain, gagging while brushing teeth, feeling lightheaded/dizzy, tingly and sore breasts. I've been very pale for about two weeks. I haven't been sleeping well [can't fall asleep until around 11pm and then wake around 2-3am and can't get back to sleep for hours [I usually sleep from 9pm-5am]]. I know that antidepressants can cause some of these symptoms.
I have taken two HPTs, one on Wednesday and the other this morning, both said negative.
I'm seeing my doctor today, and taking a list of my symptoms. Is it worth asking for some blood tested [hCG, iron, blood count, glucose, etc]?
