My questions is I had custody of my daughter since 1999 when her mom went to jail I served her in jail and got custody of her with the stipulation of the judge of no order of child support due to the fact she was jail but also the court would resinged on this issue,
Her mother never carried health insurance or paid anything for her.My daughter is 16 and went to live with her mother 3 weeks ago I just received a child support order for her .Can I go after retroactive child support for those 11 years of her life and also I have 3 other children not from her do they take that in considertion and does my daughter age matter also. Also about a year ago I also opened a child support case against her but she couldn't be found so they drop it I live in CA.
