    Husbands girlfriend
I need legal advice. My husband is now dating someone and we are not even separated. Is there anything legally I can do to get back to either one of them? It has made it exremely hard to focus on work and my 7 month old. Also it is hard to eat, which is dragging me down even harder. There must be something I can do. :o

Oh now I see the reason for the other post.
You can tell him me or her and you will help him pack his bags if he chooses her.
You can then go file for child support as well as a divorce.

Is there anything legally to get back at either of them? Or does this just mean be the bigger person.

Be the bigger person because there isn't any thing legally you can do about a grown man even if he is your husband.
I don't think Tn is one of the states that enforces adultery laws.

It is grounds for a " fault " divorce in Tennessee.

Legally you file for a "fault" divorce as calif pointed out. Then you will also get child support after the divoce. Most people paying support think that is revenge enough (if not too much).
