To be emancipated you have to follow your state law.
Most state laws say you have to be 16 or 17
Have your parents sign in agreement
You have to have a job and be able to afford to live on your own.

Do you have relatives that your mom would be willing to allow you to stay with?

She can't accept your sexuality? So you don't want to live by her rules? As said to be emancipated you have to first have a job that pays enough to live on your own (no roommate or anything). You also have to have proof of a landlord willing to rent to you. Your job has to also pay enough to feed and cloth you and you have to remain to be a full time student at least until you graduate high school.

I agree while your mom may not like your lifestyle maybe the best thing for now is to not discuss it with her and maybe stay out of relationships that will get her going for now.
