I am sure you are just being to hard on yourself.
But if you want to get some killer legs, thighs, and abs try riding a bicycle, dancing, hiking, or cardio dvd work-outs.
I've used those exercise staples for 2 years and I am quite proud of my lower body because of it.

Oh and if you want a quick-fix so that you can look ultra sexy in a dress NOW do a google-search for "body shapers for women".
They are these things you wear under your clothes that help to "contain" your body fat better, and smooth out your curves.
