Check the electric panel for a tripped breaker or ARC fault. Do you know where the panel is and how to check breakers?

Please call an electrician. From the sound of it this is not something you should be messing with.

    Are you the homeowner?
    Are you in the US?

To some extent I agree with Stan.

But, I would say call a neighbor or friend. Anyone who knows even a little about electricity in homes will know how to check and reset a breaker.

I just do not see the need for an electrician at this point. This could be a tripped breaker. Go to the panel and inspect all breakers to see if all levers are in the same perfect row, if one is slightly more to the outside than others flip it further to OFF, then back the other way to ON. Back to you tech
