Can someone petition to have child support requirements met be added to their already standing felony probation?

Nope. However, he already HAS a requirement that he obey all laws, and that includes court orders.

So if someone has an order for support and they are jailed for non payment or failure to appear (contempt of court) for not showing to any court proceedings regarding the support, it will be viewed upon in conjunction with the terms of his probation?

Not exactly... His probation will be viewed in conjunction with his arrest. The family court judge doesn't care that he's on probation.
