There's nothing to be scared about. You should talk to your mom and go to the doctor to get it checked out. It sounds like a rash or something. Best to go to the doctor!

Hun, ir you have never had ANY kind of sexual contact you cannot get STDs.

It could be you're leaving the pad on too long and in the heat the sweat is sitting against your vagina and causing an irritation.

It could also be from the chlorine in the pool.

Just guessing though, you need to see your doctor, nothing to be embarrassed about, this is all part of being female. :)
