    Few hundred to several thousand, depending on what you are having done. Ask your doctor.

    Depends on the extent of the surgery and if you have insurance to cover the cost. Is it cosmetic or medically necessary?

    They should provide you with a written estimate. This is information they HAVE to give you BEFORE you have treatment.
