How do I increase my height? Read this .
My height has played very important role in my entire life. I wish I was 3 inches taller now. I just turned 20 last week. I'm a male and I stand only about 5ft 4 inch tall. Someone out there please help me! I'm so in pain. Sometimes I feel like committing suicide.
I've been exercising for about 2 years already and haven't seen any results yet. I would do anything to get those 3 inches. Please help me??

I would consider speaking to a mental health professional. There is nothing you can do about your height but a professional can probably help you with the issues you have derived from it.

In some cases, a medical procedure is performed where the legs are broken and your legs are stretched via rods inserted through the skin. They break your legs, crank the mechanism that is attached to your tibia and fibula both above and below your new break a few millimeters and let it heal. This is repeated until it is deemed medically unsafe to continue, you get tired of getting your legs broken or the achieved result is attained. It takes a real long time and I am sure that the pain is excruciating. I am unsure what you need to qualify for this type of procedure, but if you are suicidal over your height, it is definitely worth looking into.

Some medications can achieve this result... Human Growth Hormone can provide some horizontal help, but has a slew of bad side effects.

Consult a doctor, there are a couple options available, but I would also seek emotional help while you are hunting for the correct option.

I spoke to a doctor about this. He recommended me to eat plenty of meats and exercise daily.

Yes, there is nothing you will be able to do, except learn to leave with this.

The fact is, it is not even a disability, you are not in a wheel chair, not blind, you have both hands. You have it so much better than millions of others.

There are many cute, short women out there. When I was young and dating, I preferred the short men. That was good for dancing and walking together. Otherwise, I felt like I was a small child coming up only to a tall man's chest. It nearly broke his back to bend over to kiss me. We couldn't figure out where to put our hands and arms when we kissed and hugged.

Be confident with who you are. Make good conversations and be polite and caring. The women will love you!

What about the surgery?? Does the insurance cover up the treatment?
If not how much does the treatment cost. Honestly, sometimes I feel like a midget in front of my friends. All of my friends are 4 inches taller than me.

I would guess the doctors wouldn't consider you for this surgery. Just being short isn't a good enough reason. There have to be medical problems too. You are within the reasonable limits of height. Find shorter friends.
