My boyfriend had this problem for 5 yrs.He went to prison for 2 yrs came home was on probation from 2007-2008.Three days before he was to get off his probation officer violated him for not showing up to her office.So he served some more time then got out.She put him on house arrest for 3 months.After that he was still on probation and on July 27 2009 I think she violated him for a dirty urine.I need to know will he get more time for the dirty urine but he only has 10 months left.If he does go to prison how much time do I have to wait to go on the internet to find out his DIN # so I can write him?

If he was sentenced by the court to 3 years probation, and he violates, he can be sent to prison for 3 years, even if he's violated on the LAST day of his probation.
