    Alcohol testing
It is ordered for me not to drink within a 24 hour period of having my daughter. On Sunday afternoon in the course of 5 hrs. I drank 3 glasses of wine and 2 vodka martinis. My daughter came home on Monday afternoon, and I was tested on Tuesday afternoon. Will they be able to tell with the new urine testing that I hadn't drank within a 24 hour period?

No, they can only detect alcohol if it is still in your system. In fact, you could have finished those drinks 8 hours ago and they still wouldn't likely be able to detect it.

However, don't take that as a green light to push the envelope and drink as much as you can get away with before you go see your daughter... it's your friggin daughter for christ's sake. Do you really think she wants to see her Daddy when he is all hungover... looking and smelling like the bar trough? Or even worse... STILL drunk from the activities the day before?

You should be more concerned with your daughter being able to tell if you drank in the past 24 hours.. not the courts.
