I was wondering, what would be worse for your overall health IN GENERAL, a fast food (only) diet, or smoking a joint's worth (or more?) of marijuana for each instance one would eat a fast food meal pertaining to the diet?
Lethargy aside.

Why "lethargy aside?" Isn't that a relevant factor? Wouldn't a reasonable person agree that anything that causes an inordinate amount of lethargy is unhealthy? Now of course, overeating can cause similar feelings of lethargy as well, fast food or otherwise. But I guess an argument can be made both ways. Certainly either one in excess is bad for you. Your post suggests comparing eating nothing but fast food with smoking marijuana just as frequently, so can we infer 3 times a day? Now this is just me, but I think I'd take my chances with the fast food as opposed to the marijuana.
Well, I said lethargy aside because it's debatable whether the substance itself is the actual cause behind it. I smoke it regularly and it doesn't make me lazy or take away my motivation, just my opinion though. (not cigarettes though, those are the real killer)
As far as the damage of a fast feed only diet go, I had just watched super size me and it showed that even a month's time of such a diet can bring one within the boundaries of death. Hell, a couple months would probably kill someone without doubt.
With this knowledge, it just makes me wonder why so many people give marijuana the stink eye when they consume things FAR worse without so much as a "meh, oh well" in response.
What you fail to see is the damage to the lungs and the damage to the brain cells. You are looking at fast food as fattening, but not looking at the downside of pot.
Now, before you say anything, I used to be a pot smoker, some of the best in the US, but I got smart. I quit. My life is fuller now. I have lost weight (no more munchies), and I remember longer.
There are negatives to both, you just can't say one is better than the other.
One can eat a fast-food diet exclusively and maintain good health. I choose the fast food over the marijuana.
I stay away from BOTH
You didn't specify what type of fast food ;) I go to mcdonalds and get juice or water, and a salad with grilled chicken in it along with a yogurt parfay for dessert
So, I choose the fast food ;)
I would say that fast food is worse. Weed is natural & is used as medicine. Fast food is super processed & god knows what's in it. The FDA doesn't give a crap about our health & approves everything, especially for billion dollar companies.
