Can a credit card company put on lien on home property if so how can get the lien off
If the credit card company has obtained a judgment against you then they could conceivably put a lien on your property. It also may be possible, depending on jurisdiction and circumstances, to do so without a court order. To get it off, you either 1.) pay off the debt, then present evidence of doing so in order to obtain a Warrant to Satisfy Judgment (it may be called something different in different jurisdictions) or 2.) sell your home and have it settled out of the proceeds of the sale.
While not normally done, in some places yes it could be possible, if they do, the only way to get rid of it, would be to pay it off.
