I was on birth control pills for about one year so I would have regular periods I stopped taking then a little over one month ago I was due to have a period July 26 about one week before I had some clear blood streaked discharge when I wiped once or twice and only the 20 I started having some bloody discharge that is now dark brown but I have not had a "normal" period I have taken two hpt both came back negative I'm not sure if its just my body trying to work its self out or what I have never had regular periods and four years ago I had a cone and leep done on my cevix

Why did you get off the pill? Are you trying to get pregnant?

It may take a while for your body to get back to normal so that you have a period. It is possible that this was your period.
