    Chronic Fatigue
    Hi there,
I am a 13 year old girl who has had CFS for around two years.
I am 159.3cm and I weigh 52kg. I would like to tone up and lose a kilo or two, but it is very hard when doing simple chores are hard. What are some things I can do that are simple but affective? Oh and before you ask yes I am seeing a doctor about my CFS and we are working towards managing it.
    Thanks,
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The important thing for you is to get as healthy as possible. In your case, it's not a matter of spending X amount of time in the gym or doing Y number of press-ups. It's about getting healthy enough to get active.

One thing that might help is to be very careful about your diet. Eat as much of your food as possible from fresh organic sources and cut out all the processed stuff, even if it's low calorie things like diet soda. Lots of oily fish, whole eggs, lots of green veg, whole fruit (not juice or drinks), meat, chicken, dairy, nuts, wholegrains.

Try to cut back on the white carbs like sugar, bread, pasta (go for wholegrain) and box breakfast cereals.
