There are a number of reasons, and as you have not provided us with any relevant information, it would be impossible for us to tell you.

I recommend going to see a gynocologist, or a fertility doctor with your significant other.

There are a large number of reasons a woman could have trouble conceiving but no one online is going to be able to tell you or diagnose you accurately. If you really want to get to the source of your fertility problem then you are going to have to go to a doctor.

How long have you been trying, do you have regular cycles each month.
If you were on birth control before, how long have you been off.
