I watched the film when I was about 8-11 years old in america, I am now 31 and do not know what the year it was made, but am 100% sure it was made between 1970 and 1985... it was about four groups of people, mainly at night, split by colours... red team, blue team, white team and green team... going around solving clues that are stored in envelopes according to their colour, in varying vechiles... that is all I could remember of the film...
