    Abdominal disorder
    Guys,
I need help the problem I have is for yrs now and it seems getting worst...
I get lower abdominal pains you can say lower intestine or rectum pains and each time I eat a heavy meal I have to rush to te toilet
Secondly I can't leave my stomach empty and if I do so the next time I eat after a huge gap I get loose motions with all mucus and bad lower abdominal pain... which is very sharp and bad
Now I'm getting this pain more often or when I need to rish to the toilet I can't even control my bowel movements now... its kind of worrying me but I never had blood in my stools..
Can someone guide me to what can't it be as I'm streesed and taking too much tension off the same
I feel my stomach bloating too and I keep getting hungry... n selected food like spicy and chinese food won't agree I need a solution to this please...
If I go to the doc they do all the test and colonoscopy and say its fine it should pass off but it keeps on coming..
    Guys your help much appreciated
    Thanks so much...

Change your diet and see what happens. Start with an elimination diet. Most people eliminate dairy, then gluten (wheat, flour etc)
