I'm a guy and know that some women pass out during orgasm. I am currently under the impression that that is the most pleasurable an orgasm can be. Can men pass out during an orgasm, and if so, how?

I've never known a woman to pass out. I think it's a myth. Don't try it, passing out means you lose oxygen to the brain. No one needs that!

If you are talking about strangulation, meaning cutting off oxygen just before orgasm do not attempt to do this.
Many people have died from trying.

If you are talking about your partner actually passing out after the deed then he needs to be seen to by a doctor, this is not normal.

If that happens to a guy DURING the Big "O" he needs to get to a doctor ASAP.

Fainting is usually caused by the blood leaving the brain.

It has been said that the famous porn actor, John Holmes, with the infamous 12" penis sometimes passed out during sex because it took so much blood to fill it.

Urban myth or truth? Who knows?

If he did... they editied it out pretty good. The old school porn doesn't generally have a lot of fancy editing, and there was never an idicatuion of it in those films.

But honestly, this thread was the first time I've heard that story.

I've had it happen to me. I had maybe 3 orgasms, came twice (yes you can have an orgasm without *******), after my second ejaculation (this was within a minute of the first one), I literally passed out. My girlfriend told me in the morning that I was babbling incoherently and my eyes were rolled up in the back of my head. This has happened only once to me.
