First I have been having bad chest pain

My vision is acting up it keeps getting blurry and back to normal

I have been getting very dizzy the entire day and I have ringing in my ears how serious is this

I am also having pain in my right arm

Why are you on the computer and not at the hospital? You need to get to the ER now to have this properly evaluated and treated.

I agree. Chest pains, pains in your arms regardless if right or left arm is serious. The blurry vision all day is serious.
