What is the strongest skin bleaching cream that one can buy over the counter that works fast?

Over the counter bleach creams aren't very strong, the legal limit of hydroquinone allowed is 2%. You are better of making your own bleaching cream. Check out topics on making bleaching cream on this forum.

What good companies can I purchase skin lightening ingredients from in order to make my own, is it hard to make your own cosmetic formulations?

Many people purchase bio claire because it's cheap and works for many. I use only on my face because it burned my arms and legs.

I nolonger use it on my body. But I still use it on my face because it doesn't burn there and might as well use the rest up. Yeah, I'll email you. Thanks
