An orgasm comes with a loss of control. She is probably scared of that loss of control.

Ye she is shy to orgasm as she has never had one before even on her own but should this make her dislike the contractions

She may need to be a little drunk to get herself to loose control and enjoy what's happening the key to great sex is your partner taking control of your body from you once she lets that happen she will be back for more
