    Could it be syphilis?
I have a large bump on the shaft of my penis. It is skin color but also looks like there is white fluid inside. I do masterbate quite often and when I first discovered this I squeezed it and white sticky fluid came out. It is sore to the touch. Any information would be greatly appreciated

I know you can't get that from mastrabating.
The only way to tell is go to a dr or a clinic like the Board of Health or Planned Parenthood and ask for an STD test.

I'd go to the doctors first if possible he might be able to tell you what it is without a test if it isn't an STD.

Frequent masturbation aside, have you had intercourse with a woman lately? That's how syphilis is spread. If you have, then I'd definitely get it checked out right away.

That's a possibility too. Either way, see your doctor pronto.

I agree completely, see your doctor, this most probably is an STD of some type.

However it could also be caused by a boil, ingrown hair, or pimple. Yes you can get pimples down there ;) I may not have a penis, but I get pimples 'down there' as well.

Good luck hon. Either way see a doctor. If it's a boil or ingrown hair it may need to be lanced by a doctor to prevent infection/absess.

Sounds like a symptom of herpes but there are so many different skin diseaeses out there a doctor is the only one who will know for sure and half the time they don't even know what's going on.
