Can you restart the dryer right after it turns off do you have to wait for a while? If you have to wait a while (1/2 hour or longer) then you may have a motor problem. You said that is bogs down when you turn it on, this is a symptom of a motor problem. Because it runs once you get it going then your blower should be clear.

anthonyk; it will start back up quickly, when you turn the timer button.it doesn`t bog down every time, just sometime, I wondering if the timer is bad.
