I was in court in ocen county nj in mid July 2009< child support was terminated and the judge stated I was owed back child support effective feb, 22 2009. How would I collect from planiff if she cannot make payments, court never stated how to collect he just stated to take this up with probation dept of hudson county where payment were being take from. And is this court order automatically stopped or do I need to follow up with probation? Please any help wuld greatly appreciated. KevinG

You need to get ahold of the probation dept on Monday like the judge told you. They will be able to tell you what you need to do to.
