What is a disadvantage to using property taxes?

What do you mean by using property taxes
You pay them then THEY use them.
If you don't pay them and use the money instead you can end up losing your house if you can't get it caught up.

I understand that but the question I was given was. What is a disadvantage to using property taxes? A) it does provide money for essential services. B) it only applies to people who live in high rise apartments. C) if property rates are too high, people may move away.

I was going to go with A but wasn't sure

The question itself doesn't seem to make sense It seems like it should read what is the disadvantage of wastful property taxes.

With A If it provided essential services it would not be a disadvantage.
And with B taxes don't only benefit people in high rises
