I don’t know what’s wrong with me. All of the suddenly I feel really sick.
My ankles and calves are aching.
I started getting goosebumps all over my body all of the suddenly and I am shivering. I am getting cold chills up and down my body. And the temperature in my house is normal.
I feel nauseated and my stomach is knotting up.
My neck and back are aching chronically.
I have a lingering headache.

Sounds lik the following: flu, wicked food poisoning, or a mean cold.
Try sleeping for a while. Sometimes I feel like I have been stricken down by the gods, I take a good nap and completely recover!

Thank you for the accurate information, I did just as you said and when I woke up the awful sickness that overcame me had subsided a great deal.

But now I just suffer from horrible stomach aches and bad fatigue. It's odd because this has never happened to me before.
