Are there any agencies public or private that help ex felons find jobs in California.
I am a native american and not in trouble for 10 years.

There is no easy answer to this question, but being in the social services industry, I know in my state, the government offers subsidies to businesses for hiring people with criminal records. There are a number of employers who hire based on this.

The advice I would give is to possibly contact your local probation or parole office. Be persistent. Be nice. Be patient. Probation/parole officers frequently find jobs and have resources for acquiring jobs for people who are in positions similar to yours. They may not want to help you, because you are not officially on their case load, but they should have the information you seek or should be able to point you in the right direction.
