Myself raj , 22 years old, I am thin, I want to become fat,, in one month, can you gv any suggestons

it is wrong to suggest ways for someone to become fat. Fat =unhealthy. Eat more protean exercise, gain bulk with muscles. This is what my husband did. Went from skinny to buff. But it will take more than a month.
