I am 11 weeks pregnant and have had a headache since midnight last night. I have taken two Tylenol's and still it has not gone away. Should I contact my doctor?

No reason to contact your doctor. There is nothing he/she can do. This is due to hormonal imbalances with pregnancy. You can take Extra Strength Tylenol or even Tylenol PM. Take them every 4 hours and the dosage will build up enough to get rid of the headache.
