I am being sued by my wife for a petition of annulment I need to file a written answer with the court can anyone tell me how to do this or do I need an attorney

How long have you been married? Why an annulment instead of a divorce?

Annulment based on what grounds ? Were you married less then 6 months or is there something else that they are basing it on ?

I would assume you are not living together any longer ?

So would you prefer a divorce ?
