How do I reinstall sn.master.idx

You need to uninstall AOL
-control panel, add/remove, and uninstall anything related to AOL
-go to program files folder (usually c:\program files) and delete any AOL folders there

Re-install AOL and use option that you already have account

Basically, you need to reinstall AOL from scratch
