Its my first driving offence, with a bac of .187, is it the law for an interlock to be imposed, or does it depend on the magistrate on the day, is there away to ge out of having an interlock put on?

But, you apparently ARE considering getting drunk and driving again... Don't do it. My children drive on those roads, and if you threaten their lives, you're going to have to deal with me. I ain't a nice guy.

So, instead of asking how you can continue to BREAK the law, why don't you ask about how you can get help for your problems??

At least in my area ( you did not say where you are at) it is up to the judge. Here it is not normally done first offense, of course you would not be driving since your license would be suspended anyway for it.
