So I'm having pregnancy symptoms and period was delayed I have taken two pregnancy tests that came back with a faint line but all in all positive, today when I woke up (two weeks after ovulating and conception) I have had light pink/red bleeding with very slight cramps could I be pregnant? Is it possible to have implantation two weeks after ovulation?
