    I am in awkward situation?
I have this girl friend for 13 yrs now. We have no Kids. The spark isn't there anymore with her. I own a few businesses and my manager who is 10 yrs younger than me is being extremely nice to me. Always looks me in the eyes deep. For the past week I can';t sleep at night, I'm constantly thinking about her, all in good way northing dirty. I am not a guy who jumps in the sack at 1st glance I need time. I am thinking to tell her how I feel about her( Is it wrong?). Also she has a boyfriend that I know doesn't work very well. She keeps calling me or texting me if I need anything. She doesn't have any kids. Last question I would like to know is what to tell her(Manager) how I feel, I don't know how to say it. Please help as I am very mixed up now. Thank you in advance for all the replies

Before you tell the manager how you feel, you need to tell your girlfriend of 13 years how you feel.

Don't open one door without closing the other.

    Hey man...

This is my first response in a while but bear with me, I'm here to help once again.

I think that if you have had a girlfriend for 13 years, you should worry about that first of all, and take care of that situation before you start looking forward to something new or different.

I don't feel a relationship should end on some b/s pipe dream about some hottie you met at work, or what ever the case may be, there is a reason why you have been with this person for thirteen years and don't tell yourself the flames gone because it's probably because your mind is focused else where.

As for telling her how you feel, that's up to you, probably very uncompromisable to your business and could throw things off balance, because if she's involved with a bad relationship she could still be obsessed with him, and want nothing to do with anyone else.

    Take Care,

Yeah, be very careful mixing business and pleasure. I don't know what kind of business you own but you better make sure she isn't just using her "qualities and skills" to move up the ladder. Especially since you are now down-playing your current relationship of 13 years to justify these "feelings" you seem to have now

Its real simple, leave the manager alone, and keep it about business, and take care of your business at home, before you jump into becoming a lying cheater.

The grass always looks greener on the other side when you stop taking care of your own lawn. Try talking to your girlfriend and then go from there.
