She can not take away your parental rights and the way she figures it she wouldn't want to or she would be losing the child support.

You need to take her back to court to get the visits enforced. Since you waited a full year it may not be favorable on your side so you need to get busy and get back to court for this asap.

Thank you yeah we are sure she does not want to loose child support for sure and we are not going to force the child to see us if she does not want to. I know that sounds bad but we spent 12 grand fighting her over the past 2 years just trying to keep therights we had. We always went by the guidelines paid our support and did everything a good parent should do, but the court decided the bond was not strong enough and recommended counseling between father and daughter do to him working excesive hours. I just do not understand the court system if you are a parent doing everything you are required and trying to be a good person and parent how they can just take your visitaion and make it smaller because they feel you don't have a strong bond with each other and make it where they give ou less time to visit

You should have an order that clearly states who has custody. If you do not, go to Court and get one. We have NO idea, no way of knowing what the Court has ordered in this matter.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If you have a court ordered visitation and she is denying you that visitation she is in contempt of court. She has no grounds to terminate your rights.

Go to court and get them to enforce the visitation order.

She has custody and she says that she will get us with child abandoment, even know we pay support and medical as ordered. The child has not contacted us or nor have we contacted her.

She can't get you for child abandonment but she can say that you are not keeping up your visits. That is why it is important that you take her back to court for not allowing you to see the kids. You have to prove that she was blocking the visits. When you attempted and how she prevented, and things like that.
You need to asap or it will keep looking more in her favor the more you put it off. Family court is big on being pro active and seeing you are showing an interest. The more time goes by that you haven't had contact the worse it looks on you even if she was the one preventing it.

Second, if you read the sticky note where you first posted, you would know that she can't get you for abandonment. Abandonment does not exist in your case. You aare paying your support therefore no abandonment exists.

However, if you have made no attempt to contact the child in 2 years, the court might very well look on that as showing a disinterest in being part of the child's life. If the child indicates they don't want to visit this can further make things go against you.
