My boyfriend of 10 years was married in 1992 while incarcerated. He came out and his wife told him she was serving him divorce papers. He moved a few times and was never served. How does he find out if he is divorced?

If he was never served he "probably" is not divorced UNLESS he was served by publication, which I doubt if his wife knew where he was.

He should check with the Court Clerk in his County. Divorces are filed with the State, also - he can check there if he is a party to the divorce (which he is).

Matrimonial records are, in fact, available on line in some areas.
