I have been with this older guy for 2 years, he has 2 grown children. He has seemed very depressed for the past week 2 weeks ago we were golden. I had to have him watch my children twice so I could go to a class and after that he said he is not ready to be a stay at home dad. He gets along with my children, and our relationship is perfect. However I am not sure where this is coming from or what I need to do to keep my relationship together. He was fine with my kids before this so I am not sure. I am souless right now please help

Talk to him. Only way to find out where this is heading. Communication is key.

What does he mean by "stay at home dad"? Has he recently lost his job? And how old are you kids?
