    How long will it take for a calf injury to heal?
    How long will it take for a pierced calf (i.e pierced right through the muscle) to heal?

    Would it ever feel normal?

    What will the side effects be?

    Please help!

    It took me about four months to regain full function in my left calf; about a year of hard work to regain full muscle mass, and the scar is still there after 25 years.

    Wow! Thanks for that. Is it heat-sensitive?

    Not that I've ever noticed. Let me caution you that mine was a through and through from a 7.62 round. It took a chunk with it on exiting. I don't know if that's more similar to yours or less.
