Im a painter, but do mostly repaints, I got offered a contract in track homes, what is going rate in tracks right now? I'm in Denver area.

This is a tough call since you must be the low man on the list. Best bet is to try to get 3 bids from other guys and then go lower since you will have volume on your side.
