I have a 20 year old heil furnace and the blower won't run in auto or on mode but it will run when I straight wire the fan. The wiring diagram is not on the furnace

It could be something in the low voltage signal circuit or a fan blower relay. At least you know the fan motor is good. W/O a wiring diagram you will have to trace down the defective part using a meter.
