Thanks for responding.I have the dome off and saw the marking off and arrow.Please explain how to run the piece of pull rope through the spark plug hole.

Hi,
Simply double it into a loop and insert the loop through the plug hole. Make sure the piston is part way down. 8-10 inches should be enough, that is half that when doubled.
Then when the engine turns it should be stopped by the rope.
