I've smoked for years... since I was 11 to be exact and I am now 22.. Been trying to quit and have been cutting down.. going to try to have completely quit by September for college... One thing that bothers me immensely and even prevents me from smiling often is the fact that my front two upper teeth have stains on them and it embarrasses me.. what could I do (without paying for teeth whitning from a dentist) to get rid of this.. even if I could dull it down so it didn't stand out so much.

The first thing to do is have your teeth cleaned professionally by a dental hygienist. There is nothing commercially available to remove stain, there are products to help reduce REstaining.
