I have been trying to get divorced since 2007
Not even 5 months into the marriage
But when I finally had da divorce papers served he responded :(
And is trying to bring up all of my medical problems into the divorce
Will the court listen to him mostly when he's in prison?
And were can I get the paper work for my hearing before a judge :confused:?

What paperwork has already been filed? Have you served him with a Summons for Divorce?
Yes, he can be served in prison and he can respond from prison.

Thank you for your help[/ Well he already got the divorce papers but he respondent that he wanted a mediation which I said no to because of the violence and now I mostly just need the motion for hearing but don't know were to get it and my paralegal isn't really helping me so much
What State? Divorce Courts are not particularly user friendly. You need someone to assist you. Paralegals often do very fine work.
