    Public Adjusters and sales Tax
I have hired a public adjuster to assist us in the claim with the insurance company and When I got the first re-imbursement check , he charged me the fee + sales tax.
Should I pay him sales tax

    Thanks

What is the purpose of the sales tax? His fee would be considered labor, and should be exempt from sales tax.
