Im not sure if this falls into the electrical category but I have a water well that stopped working. I changed the fuse but nothing. Any suggestions?

Changing the fuse is the first task to troubleshoot this device. To continue you need a voltage meter, to trace the circuit and see where the voltage stops. Could be what feeds the fuse, tripped GFI device, loose connection anywhere in the circuit, or defective pump motor.
