Look at him and ask him to look at you. Tap your lips with your pointer finger and whisper, "My lips want to meet your lips." Then lean toward his lips with your lips so they can meet.

O that could be bad; men like to feel in control, set yourself up to it, if he is afraid of making the first move tease him a little and that will show that your interested, one thing that I like girls to do is pretend, get real close to his lips but don't kiss him but wait for a few seconds and he will respond with a kiss
