I am 28 weeks pg with #3. Have last 2 children at 35 weeks. Drs put a cercloge in this time. Had false labor pains all day yesterday. Now baby seems to be lower. No pain at all today should I been concerned? Please help.

Babies will drop about a week before they are due. It does not go by "weeks" it goes by when the baby will be born. If you have noticed quite a drop in the position of your baby, then more than likely your child will be born within a 2 week window.

Many babies, past the first pregnancy, don't even "drop" until labor begins. Every pregnancy is different though. Since you are at risk for a premature delivery (cerclage), I suggest you contact your doctor.
