    Deed of redemption form
    Where can I download the legal form deed of redemption?
    I have a friend whose property was the foreclosed and sold at public auction but was given a year to redeem.

    Check with the court that approved the foreclosure. Is your friend able to pay all arrears due on the mortgage?
